Field Operations Lead
Sweeping and patching commercial lots in the Wichita metro since 2009. Runs the daily crew schedule and usually spots a drainage issue or developing crack before it's officially on anyone's radar.
Client Accounts & Scheduling
Manages client accounts, scheduling, and billing. Coordinates preventive maintenance calendars and multi-property contracts, and keeps invoicing aligned with how each client's accounting works.
Beyond our leadership team, our field crews handle the day-to-day sweeping, patching, crack sealing, and drainage work across the Wichita metro. Every crew member works out of our Wichita yard and is trained on proper compaction, sealant application, and catch-basin service.
